Research

Before a UI can be envisioned, we rely heavily on user research to help guide us. Our research will uncover the wants and needs for a particular user group, giving us the insight we need to envision a UI. User-flow diagrams and wireframes can help gain a common understanding of a user experience.

This visioning process will also provide many opportunities to incorporate usability testing as we develop a UI. Testing our visions help ensure that we're creating the optimal experience with a particular UI.
